By accessing or using the BlueMind platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and BlueMind Software (“BlueMind,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
BlueMind is a construction management dashboard designed for residential trade contractors, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general construction professionals. The Service provides tools for managing jobs, invoices, customers, employees, inventory, scheduling, and AI-assisted blueprint analysis. BlueMind is not a financial advisor, tax preparer, accounting service, or legal service.
BlueMind is currently in beta. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time without prior notice. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, data durability, feature availability, or fitness for a particular purpose during the beta period. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of this risk.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@bluemind.lol if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your credentials.
You agree not to use the Service to:
You retain full ownership of all data and content you input into the Service (“User Content”), including job records, customer information, invoices, and financial data. By using the Service, you grant BlueMind a limited, non-exclusive license to process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and operating the Service. We do not sell your data or use it to train AI models.
Any tax estimates, financial summaries, revenue figures, or calculations generated by the Service are approximations for planning and organizational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, tax advice, accounting advice, or legal advice. You should always consult a licensed CPA, tax professional, or attorney before making financial or legal decisions based on data from the Service.
The BlueMind platform, including its code, design, branding, and all non-user content, is the exclusive property of BlueMind Software and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your User Content remains your property. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights from either party to the other.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BlueMind Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, lost revenue, or business interruption. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim (which, during the beta period, is zero).
You may terminate your account at any time by navigating to Settings → Account → Delete Account. All your data will be permanently deleted upon termination. BlueMind reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings are initiated.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email prior to taking effect. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
